The three-dimensional composite drainage net is a kind of geotechnical material mainly used for the fixed drainage of the foundation. It is widely used in the fields of garden municipal administration and artificial lakes. It has a good stability and reinforcement effect, and at the same time, due to the non-dense structure of the product, it has the function of drainage and waterlogging prevention.
In the process of construction, how to operate it?
1. Leveling treatment before laying
Before laying the composite drainage pipe network, the foundation should be treated first. The first is the rolling of the foundation. The flatness should be no more than 15mm, and the compaction should meet the design requirements. Crushed stones, rocks and other hard protrusions are strictly prohibited on the surface. Laying environment: The outdoor temperature is above 5, the wind force is below 4, and there is no severe weather such as rain and snow.
2. Laying and filling treatment
The composite drainage pipe network shall be laid on a smooth bottom bearing layer according to the designed width, and shall be flat and smooth when paving, close to the bottom bearing layer. Do not twist, fold or overlap, and the overlapping parts are secured with staples or connectors. The main strength direction of the reinforcement is perpendicular to the axis of the embankment, and the lap length (longitudinal) of each frame shall not be less than 15 cm, and shall be fixed with staples or joints. The distance is 1.0m, the overlapping length is 3090cm, and the overlapping position is fixed with staples or nylon ropes.
3. Landfill treatment after laying
After filling, the maximum material diameter of the stone-filled embankment within 8cm of the composite drainage pipe network layer shall not be greater than 6cm. The first layer of the composite drainage pipe network should be covered with a light bulldozer or front loader, and compacted along the axis of the embankment. The compacted thickness is greater than 60 cm. The composite drainage pipe network material should be filled in time after being laid in place, so as not to be directly exposed to the sun for too long. Generally speaking, the interval should not exceed 48h. ..
